SOLVE-BQP-ACCURATELY
The user may also chose whether or not to solve the subproblem which
arises at each iteration accurately or whether to accept an
approximation (the approximation improves as the solution to the true
problem is approached). The default is that an approximation suffices,
but an accurate subproblem solution will be found if the
SOLVE-BQP-ACCURATELY keyword is present.
